First Appointment with Discovery Call

1 hr 20 mins£60

This initial appointment is for new clients. Book this to tell me what you'd like my help with and I can check my services are suitable for you. The first 20 minutes of the appointment are your Discovery Call which is free of charge. If my guidance is that you are not a good fit for my services, or if you decide I am not the right therapist for you, then I will end the session and return your £60 payment. Providing we are both happy to continue after the initial 20 minutes we will flow on into your paid appointment. If you know me already and have had therapy sessions with me before you'll need to book a standard one hour or in-depth two hour appointment.

1 Hour Therapy Appointment

1 hr£60

This is the usual length of my therapy sessions. We can talk through your issues, I can lead you through hypnotic visualisations, bring through guidance, channel healing, look at some tarot or oracle cards with you, or set you up in some crystalline distant healing. Most sessions will contain a mixture of two or more of these elements depending on your needs. This session is for existing clients. Please book a first appointment with discovery call if you haven't worked with me before.

An Hour and a Half Therapy Session

Going Deeper Into Your Issues

2 hrs£120

In-Person Therapy Appointment

2 hrs£160

If you would like to visit in person to receive your therapy book this option. You'll have therapy on the treatment couch in my healing room and can receive crystal and energy healing. You also have the option for oracle cards to form part of the session. You need to live close enough to travel to my home in Llandrindod Wells and must be okay with meeting my hound and my husband as they live here too. Please email me before booking if you haven't had any therapy with me before.

I met Lauren by a coincidence of fate during my honeymoon in Scotland, stumbling upon one of her books in a bookstore.
